We believe that God's Story is Good News for all People
A little about us - Saint George is a warm, inclusive, welcoming & caring congregation. We know one another, pray for each other, & share life's milestones. We are a family that cares about the wider community and puts that care into action. Members are involved in the Maple Valley Food Bank, Vine Maple Place, the Community Meal, Soup n' Socks, Camp Victory (a camp for girls surviving sexual abuse), & Kairos prison ministry. We pray together knowing God will give us strength and wisdom for the work we are called to do in the world.
We are an Episcopal congregation, honoring the best in protestant, catholic and orthodox traditions.
Newcomers will notice that we follow a comfortable order to the service every week with:

A relevant sermon, reflecting on the readings

The Sharing of the Peace (something everyone should experience)

Communion
We have two services weekly – Sundays at 9 am (traditional) & 11 am (contemporary).
The nursery is available for both 9 am & 11 am services.
Our Sunday school classes for children are Godly Play (children 3 and up).
Our Youth Group, the PB & J's (Praise, Love & Journey) meets weekly at 12:30 pm on Sundays.
We also invite you to walk labyrinth at any time.
